Medpresso launches pilot collaboration with IAGG to advance global gerontology education

Medpresso is proud to introduce a new pilot collaboration with the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (IAGG), a leading international body dedicated to promoting excellence in gerontological research, education, and training worldwide. This initiative marks an important step in expanding access to structured, high-quality educational resources focused on ageing, longevity, and the health of older adults.

IAGG brings together a global network of experts committed to advancing knowledge in biological, clinical, social, and behavioral aspects of ageing. Through this pilot collaboration, selected IAGG educational materials and scientific activities will be gradually introduced on the Medpresso platform. The aim is to support physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals working in geriatrics, internal medicine, neurology, rehabilitation, and primary care.

The partnership will focus on delivering curated educational sessions, congress highlights, and research-driven discussions that address key challenges in ageing populations. Emphasis will be placed on practical clinical insights, interdisciplinary approaches, and evidence-based strategies that improve quality of life and functional outcomes in older adults.

As part of this pilot phase, both teams will evaluate opportunities for broader digital dissemination, interactive learning formats, and potential multilingual adaptation to enhance global engagement.

This collaboration reflects Medpresso’s ongoing commitment to building meaningful partnerships that strengthen professional education and contribute to better care for ageing populations worldwide.
