ARK Humanitarian Mission
We would like to remind you about the outstanding organization Animal Rescue Kharkiv (ARK). This courageous humanitarian mission, based in Kharkiv, is dedicated to rescuing and caring for animals affected by the ongoing war. You can follow their incredible work here: Animal Rescue Kharkiv YouTube.
Despite the immense challenges, ARK has not only maintained its operations but has expanded its reach and team, allowing them to save even more animals from frontline areas and conflict zones across Ukraine. Every month, ARK rescues an average of 600 animals, and during the most critical periods of intensified conflict, this number rises to as many as 1300. Just imagine the scale of this effort!
Each rescued animal requires evacuation, shelter, medical treatment, rehabilitation, nourishment, and ultimately, a new loving home—a long and complex process to ensure their safety and well-being. To continue this life-saving work, ARK urgently needs stronger and more permanent partnerships with businesses, including pharmaceutical companies, medical supply manufacturers, and pet food producers.
We appeal to all our followers and readers: your help is crucial. Whether through direct support or by spreading the word to friends and colleagues, your contribution can make a tangible difference in saving animals that have endured immense pain, injuries, and trauma.
Below, we share a list of essential supplies and medications that are in constant demand. Your support—no matter how big or small—can help save countless lives.
