Cozen’s (resistive tennis elbow)
Anatomical Movement: Wrist joint resisted extension.
Testing position: Patient is standing or seated, elbow in a slight flexion, with the forearm pronated and hand in fist. The elbow should be stabilized with one hand and other hand placed on the dorsum of the patient’s hand to resist active wrist extension.
Expected Findings: The test is positive if pain on the lateral epicondyle is elicited.
