Different exercise types in chronic low back pain

Low back pain is a health issue that for many recur several times during their lifespan. Multiple research studies aimed to find a golden standard exercise therapy that may help to prevent this pathology. Such activities as aerobic training, motor control exercises, pilates, yoga, and traditional Chinese exercises are used to treat lower back pain. The finding from the Swedish study show that the effect of various exercise types has no major difference on pain and disability.
