TCT 2026, the annual scientific symposium of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, takes place from 31 October to 3 November 2026 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. The organizers describe Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics as the world's premier educational meeting specializing in interventional cardiovascular medicine. Founded by Dr. Martin B. Leon, it began in 1988 as a gathering of 150 people and now draws thousands of attendees from around the world.
This year's theme, Best Clinical Practices in the Spotlight, focuses on the real-world application of evidence, experience and innovation to guide decisions for individual patients. Late-breaking clinical trials and science selected for TCT 2026 are presented in the main programme and highlighted in press briefings on 1, 2 and 3 November. The programme also includes the TCT MedTech Innovation Forum and the TCT Shark Tank Innovation Competition, which showcase start-ups and next-generation technologies in cardiovascular care.
TCT 2026 is held live on site only, and CME accreditation applies to in-person participants. CRF offers complimentary registration for fellows and medical students, and a selection of free, curated TCT 2026 content will later be made available on the CRF Connect video platform.
