TANDEM 2027 brings the transplantation and cellular therapy community to Orlando from 17 to 20 February 2027. The Tandem Meetings are the combined annual meetings of ASTCT and CIBMTR, first held in 1995, and they focus exclusively on hematopoietic cell transplantation, cellular therapy and gene therapy rather than on hematology as a whole.
The scientific program spans basic, translational and clinical science, with plenary and concurrent sessions, Meet the Professor sessions, symposia, oral and late-breaking abstracts, and honorific lectures. ASTCT Spotlight Sessions are hosted by ASTCT committees and special interest groups, while CIBMTR Working Committee meetings shape observational research that leads to peer-reviewed publications.
The organizers also run role-specific tracks for administrative directors, advanced practice providers, BMT CTN coordinators, data managers, infectious disease specialists, nurses, pediatric teams and pharmacists. Those who cannot travel can buy Digital Access, which provides session recordings within hours of the live presentation and continuing education credits for sessions viewed within 30 days.
