SITC 2026, the 41st Annual Meeting and Pre-Conference Programs of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, takes place from 4 to 8 November 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona, with virtual participation also available. The organizers present it as the largest cancer immunotherapy conference, bringing together researchers, clinicians, regulatory and government representatives and industry leaders for education, scientific exchange and networking.

The programme covers the latest advances across basic, translational and clinical immunotherapy. According to the programme committee, this year's sessions explore artificial intelligence, personalised and off-the-shelf cancer vaccines and next-generation bispecifics, alongside updates on major national and international initiatives from academia, government and industry. Ton Schumacher of the Netherlands Cancer Institute gives the keynote lecture, T Cell Recognition of Human Cancer: "Cracking the Code", and Catherine J. Wu is also announced as a keynote speaker.

Research is presented in oral abstract and poster sessions. The abstract categories include regular abstracts, Early Career Investigator Award abstracts and clinical late-breaking abstracts highlighting emerging interventional trial data, and early career scientists have the opportunity to meet established leaders in the field.
