EPA 2027 is the 35th European Congress of Psychiatry, the annual meeting of the European Psychiatric Association. Its theme, "Innovating Mental Health: Towards Personalised and Integrated Care", supports the EPA Action Plan 2025–2027 and focuses on turning innovation in research, clinical practice, service delivery and therapies into more tailored, person-centred care.

The scientific programme covers clinical psychiatric disorders, lifespan psychiatry and specific populations, biological psychiatry and therapeutics, psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions, global mental health, digital health and professional practice.
