ATTD 2027 is the 20th International Conference on Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes and marks the meeting’s 20th anniversary. It takes place in Paris from 3 to 6 March 2027 and brings together researchers, clinicians and other healthcare professionals working on diabetes technology and treatment.

The abstract topics show the scope of the program: artificial intelligence and decision support, closed-loop systems and the artificial pancreas, continuous glucose monitoring and glucose sensors, insulin pumps and other delivery systems, new insulins, and new medications and technologies for diabetes and obesity. Further topics cover screening for and prevention of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, technology in pregnancy and in older age, in-hospital glucose monitoring and telemedicine.

Alongside the scientific lectures, the International Fair of New Technologies in Diabetes (Tech Fair) gives startups, emerging companies and research centers a stage for new devices and services, with grants available to newcomers. Between conferences, the organizers offer CME-accredited courses, webinars and conference materials on the UNLOK Education platform.
