ACR Convergence 2026, the annual meeting of the American College of Rheumatology, takes place from 6 to 11 November 2026 in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The ACR describes it as the premier educational event for physicians, healthcare professionals and scientists who treat or research rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases, attended by more than 15,000 rheumatology professionals from over 100 countries.
Preconference programming runs on 6–7 November, including Ultrasound Conferences and the Practice Innovation Summit on running a successful rheumatology practice. The opening session and reception follow on 7 November, the scientific sessions run from 8 to 11 November, and the exhibit and poster halls are open from 8 to 10 November, alongside Meet the Professor sessions. Innovation is this year's theme, with sessions such as Reimagining Rheumatology Care with Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality, and the 50th anniversary of pediatric rheumatology runs through multiple sessions.
Interactive formats include the Knowledge Bowl, modelled on the game show Jeopardy!, the Thieves Market of short clinical case presentations, Patient Perspectives sessions and the Global Rheumatology Summit. Registered participants receive on-demand access to scientific session recordings until 31 October 2027, although preconference courses, add-on courses, active learning and networking sessions are not recorded.
