The ACAAI 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting is the yearly education meeting of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, aimed at practising allergists and immunologists. Its theme, Building Bridges for the Future, reflects the goal of bringing current science into clinical allergy and immunology care, together with ideas for more diverse and customized approaches to practice.
Thursday is dedicated to precision allergy care, with an all-day programme on biologics, immunotherapy and targeted therapies. Plenary sessions examine the role of the microbiome in allergic disease, advances in understanding immunodysregulation across immune disorders and the latest updates to the Food Allergy Practice Parameter. These plenaries are part of the wider Podium to Practice series, which pairs new science with practical tips for patient care across many allergic and immunologic conditions.
Hands-on workshops cover patch testing, skin biopsies and rhinolaryngologic examination. Research abstracts, including late-breaking work, are presented in person, with ePosters shown from Friday to Sunday, and the Friday programme includes the Annual Literature Review. The exhibit hall is open from 13 to 15 November. Fellows-in-training can apply for scholarships to attend, with more than 200 expected to be offered.
