The programme includes the Spotlight on Clinical Trials, NextGen Stars and New Drugs on the Horizon sessions, along with Methods Workshops, satellite educational symposia, affiliate meetings, exhibits and career development activities. Only selected sessions within the Educational Program on 2–3 April carry CME credit.

Both in-person and virtual registration are offered. Virtual registrants can follow live-streamed sessions and access the Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops on demand until October 2027, while in-person registration also includes the virtual platform. The regular abstract submission deadline is 10 November 2026, and hotel reservations close on 19 February 2027. Early-career researchers can apply for travel awards, including the Scholar-in-Training and Women in Cancer Research Scholar Awards.
