AACAP 2026 – American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Annual Meeting, Atlanta

Key facts

AACAP's 73rd Annual Meeting takes place from 26 to 31 October 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia. The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry describes it as the world's premier gathering of child and adolescent psychiatrists and as the place to reconnect with colleagues, meet new ones and learn about the latest scientific information in the field.

The organizers are planning the meeting in person, and all presenters are required to deliver their sessions on site in Atlanta. Every submission is peer reviewed by the Program Committee. The programme combines a wide range of session types, including Institutes, Symposia, Clinical Perspectives, Clinical Case Conferences, Clinical Consultation Breakfasts, Extended Workshops, Media Theatre sessions, Special Interest Study Groups, Member Services Fora and research posters.

Residents, trainees, medical students and other students can receive free registration by volunteering as session monitors for one full day or two half days during the meeting.
