AAAAI 2027 is the annual meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, held in New Orleans from 19 to 22 February 2027 under the theme “Igniting Transformation Through Research, Technology and Advocacy”. The program combines plenary, keynote, interactive and poster sessions with oral abstract sessions for allergy and immunology specialists from around the world.
Each day opens with a plenary: a presidential plenary on the molecular and clinical complexities of seafood allergy, followed by sessions on patient-centered food allergy care, predicting and managing biologic non-response across allergic diseases, and molecular biology and machine learning for diagnostics. The keynote brings together Hugh A. Sampson, Andrea Pappalardo and Tonya Winders on advocacy for patient care, access to care and medical research.
Workshops include hands-on skill activities, small-group discussions or audience response technology, and Drop-in Demonstration Stations run throughout the meeting. Discovery 2027, held alongside it, is the fourth annual three-day conference dedicated to basic science research. Discovery and late-breaking abstracts are accepted until 2 November 2026, and discounted registration rates end on 6 January 2027.
